At Honey Joe's we believe in simple fun! Kids have a blast just playing with their friends uninterrupted and adults are free to sip their coffee and socialize. Our staff will deliver food and beverages to the play area, but allow you to sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake yourselves for a more personal touch!

*$100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve (deposit is applied to the total party fee). Deposit may be applied to another date within 2 months if need to reschedule with at least 72hrs advance notice. Cancellation within 72 hours of the party will forfeit the deposit.

Q: Sounds great! How can I book?A: Email email@example.com with your preferred date/time and party size and we will respond as soon as possible! All party bookings are done via email.
Q: How do I pay the deposit?A: You will receive an invoice via email through our Point of Sale system, Clover, which is payable online. As soon as the deposit is received, we will confirm your reservation! We will hold your time slot for 24 hours. Deposit must be paid in 24 hours or your spot will be released.
Q: How many people can I have at the party?A: Currently we are allowing 25 total people (which includes all adults, kids, and babies) at the base rate. Up to 40 total people are allowed for an additional $100 fee. Total number of people includes the birthday kid and their attending parents! For parties booked starting in September, one flat party fee will allow for up to 50 total guests.
Q: When do I need to give my final headcount?A: At least 72 hours advanced notice is required for final headcount to determine the remaining balance for your party fee. If you do not inform us of a larger party and have more than 25 total people in the play area, the $100 fee still applies. If your party size decreases from a larger party to under 26 people within 72 hours of your party, the $100 fee will still apply as we have to plan and staff accordingly. The remaining balance is due at checkout from the party.
Q: Can I bring my own food/drink/snacks?A: No outside food or beverage is allowed. The only exception is cake/cupcakes for birthday celebrations. NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS.
Q: Can I bring alcoholic beverages?A: No. We do not have a liquor license and therefore can not have any alcoholic beverages on premises. BYOB is not an option.
Q: What food is available?A: We have put together a few party food packages at a discounted rate, which can be seen below. No changes or modifications are allowed for the party food packages. All of our menu items are available a la carte for parties. For larger groups we require an advanced order of at least 72 hours prior to the party. Our cheese and pepperoni flatbread pizzas are popular choices for the kids! Prices can be seen by going through the online order system. Many groups decide to run a tab for their guests' drinks. Just let us know your plan!
Q: Can I decorate the play area?A: No Pinatas, confetti, or glitter permitted (including confetti or glitter inside of balloons). Other decorations are allowed as long as there are no adhesives or tape attaching to walls, windows, or play structures. Balloons are the perfect decoration for the space. Any decoration brought in MUST be removed by you by the end of the rental period. Though we encourage parties to just come and enjoy the space as is and let the kids play!
Q: Can I come early to decorate?A: Early access to the play area is not guaranteed as we clean between sessions. Your party fee covers the 2 hour rental. You must consider set up and break down time in your rental time slot. We encourage parties to just come and enjoy the space as is and let the kids play! If you need additional time you may contact us to arrange a longer party.
Q: Can I bring outside entertainment?A: While we find kids enjoy uninterrupted play in the play area, outside entertainment is allowed as long as they meet the following requirements. Please inform us via email what entertainment you plan to book for our final approval!1. Entertainment is included in your total headcount2. They take out whatever they bring in3. Sound is not too loud and disruptive to the rest of the coffee bar4. No possible damage to the play equipment or safety flooring (ie. we do not allow crafts in the play area)5. Proof of their own insurance is provided to Honey Joe's.
Q. Can I book more than 2 hours?A: Email us to coordinate a time slot for a longer party. See the current rates for the additional hourly costs. 3 hour parties can be accommodated for the midday slot pending availability. Longer parties can be discussed, but will have to cover the cost of 2 parties. More flexible availability on weekdays.For parties booking starting in September we will no longer have the 3 hour option. Longer parties will have to cover the cost of 2 parties with a $700 base party fee.
Q: Can I book a morning party?A: No. Mornings are reserved for drop in play.
Q: Do we need to bring our own tableware?A: As we are a restaurant, we have all necessary plates/cups/utensils. If you prefer disposables, or a theme, then you would need to bring your own. Make sure to remember a candle for the cake!
